"Well, we were blindsided by a claim. We thought we had it worked out to not require insurance. Apparently the other party saw a cash-cow for extra work (we're trying to work that with State Farm).
Camille has been awesome! So helpful and informative. She's helped us with the process of providing info to the claims dept. She has been honest and straightforward - yes, we were at fault, but she told us what to do so that this this "victim" can't exploit the system.

"I had similar experience with Camille as one user posted. She doesn’t accept her mistake and will hold you responsible even if it is not your fault. Doesn’t respond to calls and emails as well. Better off if you can find some other agent. There are others in her office who are more responsive and very pleasant to talk to."
